Provide general and detail cleaning for office space, restrooms, kitchens, cafeterias, laboratories, locker rooms, lobbies, hallways, stairs and other common areas. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team using established procedures and tools.
A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
Ability to work with simple machinery and cleaning equipment.

Experience in building maintenance and/or custodial services are desirable.

Non-latex gloves, leather/closed toed shoes must be worn. Safety glasses required in production areas.

Ability to work in outdoor elements, such as heat or cold.

General cleaning of offices, lobbies, hallways, elevators, laboratories, manufacturing & other areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, & cafeterias using established policies and procedures
Vacuum, sweep, dust mop, and wet mop floors. Use of floor scrubbers as requested
Snow removal/shoveling sidewalks and walkways
Performs other duties as assigned by manager as this reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign shift times, duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to changing company needs or other reasons with reasonable notice.
3rd Shift Schedule; Sunday Night - Thursday Night, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
$11.26/hr - Will pay more depending on Expereince.
